Addictions to any substance are life-debilitating and can create significant issues with one’s livelihood, family dynamics, and health.

Here are a few tidbits about differing substance abuse generalities.

NOTE: Please understand – I make no judgments about where anyone is in their life. Each of us has our journey to explore – I am here to help you through it as an adjunct to treatment merely.

It is essential to understand – To use hypnotherapy effectively, you should be in some treatment program, either in-patient or out.

My action is to meet with the client at least once a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. In hypnosis – the suggestions will be what was in our positive discussion.
