It is essential to understand – To use hypnotherapy effectively, you should be in some treatment program, either in-patient or out.

Facts about different substances in abuse:
Signs and symptoms of someone who could be alcohol dependent:
- Dulled mental processes
- Lack of coordination
- The odor of alcohol on the breath
- Possible constricted pupils
- SLowed reaction rate
- Slurred Speach
Some of the health effects range from – sexual dysfunction, dependency (physically and mentally), a liver disease that can be fatal, immune deficiencies, impact on the kidney, neonatal mortality, and congenital disabilities if consumed during pregnancy – These are just a few of the areas that can be affected with alcohol abuse.
PCP Facts:
- Impaired Coordination
- Severe confusion and agitation
- Extreme mood shifts
- Muscle rigidity
- Dilated pupils
- Rapid heartbeat
- Dizziness
- Sweating
Some health effects: Anesthetic effect on the body can lead to an overdose.
Increase issues if used with other substances – such as alcohol.
Misdiagnosed and, if improperly treated because of that, can cause fatal reactions.
Amphetamine Facts:
- Hyper-excitability, restlessness
- Dilated pupils
- Rapid heart rate and higher blood pressure
- Irregular heartbeats
- Confusion
- Panic
- Talkativeness
- Lack of concentration
- Aggressive behavior
Some of the other health effects can include strong psychological dependence and increasing tolerance to drugs.
High doses may cause toxic psychosis resembling schizophrenia.
Intoxication may induce a heart attack or stroke due to blood pressure spiking.

Sometimes this has an effect, some called “The Munchies” = weight gain.
As one smokes Marijuana, it irritates the lungs, and chronic smoking can cause emphysema-like conditions.
Substance addiction/abuse is a serious condition, and some have a propensity for it. I can only encourage you to seek help somewhere – There are local AA programs, 7 days a week, morning, noon, and night – They are online and in person.
We all have the right to a happy, healthy life, and regularly putting substances within curtails that right.
