OFFICE For Rent

OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE / RENT BY HOUR, DAY, MONTH, or RENTAL AGREEMENT.

In Visalia, CA 93291, Near Recreation Park 

Office space available. Unfurnished / carpeted.
Type of business or use- the primary use of this facility is for non-medical /holistic modalities, Therapists,
Practitioners of holistic health, etc. I like the space to be “Zen” like and quiet.
If your business is quiet and you need an office- contact me.

Requirements are

• • 1st month ($900) plus security deposit ($500)
  • • Mid-Month move-in is fine, I will prorate 2nd month.
    • 3 professional references.
    • You must maintain liability insurance and add me as an additional insured.
    • Plus a few other minor details to be discussed.
      • $900 /includes utilities and Internet
      • Has a large “Great” room that can be used for seminars, workshops, meditations, etc.
      • (includes tables and chairs for up to 20+)
      • It is free for permanent subrenters to use, as well, when scheduled).
      • If you wish Office to be Furnished with Desk, 2 chairs, and small divan – décor, etc. $1050 a month. (Or can be discussed to purchase furnishings from me)
      • Lobby area – with beverage station – Coffee, Tea, Filtered Cold and Hot water dispenser
      • Also 2 bathrooms (one is for the handicapped)
      • Kitchen area
      • Handicap accessible ramp and HC parking.
      • Office comes with its own parking lot.
      • There is also street parking.
      • There is a park across the street with basketball and tennis courts.

  OTHER OPTIONS (no lease required)
  You may prefer to rent a furnished shared office.
  (Desk, chairs, recliner, small divan, etc.).
  $25 an hour for shared office (must be prescheduled)
  25 hours a month for $375 (must be prescheduled as needed/available)
  8+ hours a day for day use only – $200 (6:00 a.m. to 11:00 pm)

  Seminar room for Rent
  $75 an hour, 3-hour minimum plus $100 deposit plus $55 non-refundable cleaning fee
  It can hold approximately 20 + people; depending if using chairs or mats.
